Mystery Box Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a Mystery Box, you agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Mystery Boxes

All Mystery Boxes are sold as randomized products. Contents are pre-packed and selected at random, meaning specific items, cards, grades, or values are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

2. No Guarantees on Value

While we aim to provide exciting and fair value, we do not guarantee that the total market value of items inside any Mystery Box will meet or exceed the purchase price.

3. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of Mystery Boxes:

  • No returns

  • No refunds

  • No exchanges

This applies regardless of perceived value, duplicates, or personal preference.

4. Condition of Items

Items (including graded cards, sealed packs, or collectibles) may vary in condition unless otherwise specified. Minor imperfections may be present and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

5. Pack & Card Variance

Sealed packs included in Mystery Boxes are subject to standard manufacturing variance. We are not responsible for pull rates, card distribution, or outcomes from packs.

6. Chase Items & Odds

Certain Mystery Boxes may include “chase” items. These are not guaranteed and odds are not necessarily equal unless explicitly stated. Purchasing a box does not increase or ensure your chances of receiving high-value items.

7. Duplicate Items

Customers purchasing multiple Mystery Boxes may receive duplicate items. This is part of the randomized nature of the product and is not grounds for refund or replacement.

8. Pricing & Market Fluctuations

Market prices for trading cards and collectibles fluctuate. We are not responsible for changes in value before, during, or after your purchase.

9. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Once an order has been shipped, risk of loss transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers.

10. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks based on dissatisfaction with Mystery Box contents. Any fraudulent disputes may result in being banned from future purchases and further action if necessary.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of Mystery Boxes.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these Terms & Conditions.
